In its fifth year, the Skerries Open Orchards Project has successfully planted 43 new fruit trees, bringing the total to 194 across 14 mini orchards. Community engagement included a brunch event and support from Fingal County Council. The project encourages local residents to care for the trees and enjoy the harvest.
