Journalist, Fiona McCann takes a look at the state of Irish Cycling in today’s Irish Times, on the back of the National Cycle Policy Framework, launched on Monday. The aim is to increase the number of people in Ireland who cycle every day from the current figure of 35,000 to 160,000 in 2020. The piece focuses mostly at cycling in the city centre, but it’s still worth a gander. You can read it here.
